Midnite Snacks Redux!

Midnite Snacks lives again...part two! All new work!
Opening tomorrow night in Chicago at
1366 Space
1366 N. Milwaukee Ave. Chicago, IL 60642
Opening Reception: Friday, March 12 6-10p
Curated by Brian Hubble, Amie Cunat, Travis Wyche
Studies and compositions often play a vital role in the artistic process. Whether a five-minute sketch on paper or a finely worked image on canvas, these efforts reveal the thoughts of an artistic mind at work.
Midnite Snacks : Chicago includes over 160 international artists presenting diverse studies that have helped actualize works of merit. Coming from far ends of the visual arts spectrum, these are works that usually fall in the shadow of more important pieces. This is a collection of the forgotten blueprints lying around every artist’s studio. From abstraction to photo-realistic drawing to digital renderings, each piece functions as the backbone of what is to come.

And Die!

Just finished and entered a contest for a Grafik Armor snowboard decal.
It's being promoted by Forsnowboarding.com which is in their own words, "The detail-oriented online information source focusing on the art and design subcultures within the snowboard industry."
There are some great designs in the running including my good friend Austin Watts of One Day Vaca.
Check it out mine here and Austin's here. No voting but you can leave a comment if you'd like!
