People either seem to love or hate Mastodon's new album, Crack the Skye. Maybe it's not hard enough for some people or maybe it's the actual singing, you're either into it or not. I think it's a beautiful album. Their last live show in NYC was insane.

The show was amazing! Kylesa played to a packed crowd that gave them their all, the best we could considering the size of the space. Like a 75 people packed into a space for 50! Tombs, Tournament, and a last minute addition of Clean Teeth were also way rad. Sorry I missed The Brass. Tried to get a better picture but goddamn it was tough to get past the pit and way too much fun being in it.
